Understanding of the standard
This course is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the structure, fundamental principles, regulatory requirements, risks/opportunities, objectives and requirements of the related standard. Conducted by our experienced consultant, participants will go through the extensive session on the standard requirements and hands-on experience exercise to enhance the understanding of the requirements.

Documentation
This course develops the participants’ understanding of documented information/documents requirements for the related standard. Key documents required for the standard will be established, upgrading/revising of existing documents will be explained and established during this training.

Internal Auditing
Internal audit is a mandatory requirement to be conducted to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of a company's processes and quality management system in meeting customer requirements. The objective of this program is to enable participants to understand audit fundamentals, principles, mechanisms, audit report writing, corrective action raising, and verification.

The objective of this program is to enable participants to understand audit fundamentals, principles, mechanisms, audit report writing, corrective action raising, and verification in accordance with ISO 19011 auditing standard.

Exemplar Global Certified Lead Assessor/Auditor
The principal aim of this course is to equip delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform audits of management systems, in accordance with ISO 19011.
This course is highly participative and the training methods employed seek to involve and engage participants’ involvement throughout the duration of the program.
Skills content is also supported by the trainer’s input sessions to address the underpinning knowledge requirements, e.g., best practice techniques for running meetings, interview techniques, etc..

3. MSPO Understanding and Internal Auditing
This program is to ensure the Malaysian Sustainability of Palm Oil (MSPO) seven (7) requirements which form the general requirements of a management system framework, based on the three pillars of sustainability is clearly understood. The team will also be trained on auditing principles and the methodology of MSPO.
4. Total Quality Management and Tools
Total quality management (TQM) consists of organization-wide efforts to "install and make permanent climate where employees continuously improve their ability to provide on-demand products and services that customers will find of particular value. Training programs for TQM or tools such as 5S/7S, Kaizen, Quality Improvement Team, SMED, Takt time, JIT, Kanban, Total Productive Maintenance, etc can be tailored as per client request.
